Ingredients:

8-10 samosas (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup boiled chickpeas

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tomato, finely chopped

1 green chili, finely chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbsp tamarind chutney

2 tbsp mint-coriander chutney

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1/4 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/4 tsp chaat masala

Salt to taste

Instructions:

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the samosas and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel. For samosa recipe
