Eggless Chocolate Chip Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup water
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients and water, alternating between the two, until a smooth batter forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cupcakes have cooled completely, frost them with your favorite frosting or toppings, if desired.
